REPLACEMENT PARTS REQUEST FORM

Dear Customer:
Thank you for purchasing an our ship model kit. As part of our guarantee, we will replace any missing or broken parts free of charge.
Because we want to make sure we send you exactly what you need, you must provide us with your requests in writing.
Please complete the form below and return it with as much information as possible. Send us the picture of part you want us to match, or a copy of the plans or instructions that came with your kit.
Note: We remind you that the missing parts will be replaced free of charges only in the case of purchase by our distributor or on our on-line shop.
For purchases between private modeler or  through private eBayer the missing parts will be shipped to payment.
