• Nessuna ricompensa ne monetaria ne materiale si potrà richiedere da entrambe le parti per l'uso delle foto.

• Le foto potranno essere usate dalla nostra azienda per scopi pubblicitari ( internet, cataloghi, depliants ecc,) allo scopo di meglio descrivere e dimostrare l'effettiva qualità della nostra merce tramite le realizzazioni dei nostri clienti

• Il modellista ha la facoltà di specificare all'atto della spedizione delle foto, se desidera che nella galleria fotografica compaia o meno il suo nome ed il luogo di provenienza.

• Gli indirizzi email del mittente non saranno mai divulgati a terzi per nessun motivo se non dopo il consenso del modellista stesso ( vedi info legali e Privacy )

• Non ci riteniamo responsabili in nessun modo della proprietà ed originalità delle foto inviate. Le foto che verranno segnalate come foto non di proprietà del modellista che le ha spedite verranno immediatamente cancellate dal sito.
