Conditions of Sale
Due to the rigid restrictions of the Russian Customs cannot be shipped in Russia to private customers, we can only ship to companies or shops. 
PRICES:
All prices are in €uro and do not include any taxes.
For European Community customers we have to add Italian Tax (VAT 22%)
For all the rest of the world customers the sell is Tax Free.
Euromodel has the right to modify the prices at any time according to the general market conditions.
DELIVERY:
Ex factory.
We do not ship to PO Boxes
PAYMENT:
Wire bank transfer
Bank charges of transfer to the customer.
Dear Customer,
Euromodel is a well-established company operating with a high level of business integrity.
To enable a bank transfer to occur, you should proceed through the following steps:
1. Ascertain the current exchange rate between your currency and the Euro dollar for the order plus freight costs,
2. Check with your bank what they will charge for forwarding your money to Italy,
3. Add on the bank cost of forwarding to the total of wire transfer.

JURISDICTION:
For any disputes, the applicable court is the Court of Como (Italy).
FORCE MAJEURE:
In case of force majeure or accidental case we'll not be responsible for any delay or missing delivery.
Euromodel reserves the right to terminate the contract, to interrupt it or to postpone its completion.
WITHDRAWAL:
According to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 185/99, our customers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal is to be requested by registered letter with return receipt, stating the purchase order number.
A refund can also be requested in advance by telegram, telex, fax or e-mail. In any case, a registered letter with return receipt must follow within 2 days.
The customer must return the goods within 10 days, complete and in its original packaging. Postage is to be paid by the customer.
On receipt of the goods, the money will be entirely refunded (Excluding transport costs) within 30 days
